MISSIONARY SUPPORT APPLICATION

We would like to thank you for visiting our church website to request support for your ministry. We value our missionaries and take the Great Commission seriously. It is our hope that we can partner together with you in fulfilling our Lord’s command to reach the world with the Gospel.

The following questionnaire is required in order for us to consider your ministry for support. Once your application is complete then it will be given to the FLBC mission’s committee. We do not accept phone calls prior to this process. Once you application has been forwarded to our mission’s committee and it has been evaluated, then we will contact you via letter.
